I recognize that participation in this event involves risks of bodily injury, including death, and/or damage to property, and that these risks can come from causes which are many and varied, may not even be presently foreseeable, and may include negligent acts or omissions of others. In consideration of being permitted to ride, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns, (a) assume and accept, and waive all claims and liability for, all risk of bodily injury, including death, and/or damage to property which may arise out of my participation in the event; and (b) further release and agree not to sue any union or corporate sponsor, The Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse, all other event sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns for any bodily injury, including death, and/or damage to property which I may suffer as a result of my participation in the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any or all of the foregoing to use my name and/or likeness as depicted in photography, videotapes, motion picture and other records of this event for any purpose whatsoever, and I release any rights to payment for such use.
